Due to the COVID19 circumstances, bylaws may be submitted through proper channels electronically. The unit will need to submit the Bylaws Submission Page and the revised bylaws to their council parliamentarian. The Out-of-council unit parliamentarians and council parliamentarians will submit their documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is effective through June 30, 2020.
Key Role – Parliamentarian
- Assists the president to manage meetings and advises on parliamentary procedure
- Chairs bylaws committee to review unit bylaws each year and revise bylaws every three years
- Arranges nominating committee’s first meeting, providing information on nomination and election process
