Community Ambassador Program (CAP) English Language Ambassador Training, Friday, February 5th

Dear Community Leaders and Ambassadors:

The Santa Clara County COVID-19 Community Ambassador Program (CAP) is hosting a second English Language Ambassador training this Friday, February 5, 2021 beginning at 5:00pm. We welcome you to participate whether or not this is your first Ambassador Training.

Though some of the content will be similar to that of previous trainings, there will be updated information – especially with regard to vaccination. For those of you joining for the first time: we ask for your help and leadership as we continue to experience a high number of hospitalizations and COVID-19 cases in Santa Clara County.

As an Ambassador, you will serve as a trusted resource for COVID-19 information in our communities. In this capacity, you will play a key role in educating others about COVID-19 to curb the spread as we continue to vaccinate our residents. Your role will be primarily virtual.  You will learn the most-up-to date COVID-19 information relating to testing and vaccinations, and be equipped with weekly toolkits available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Chinese, and other languages. After this training, we will ask you to engage with your networks, groups, and communities to share the facts.

Please join us for the English Language Ambassador Training this Friday, February 5 from 5:00pm –7:30pm: https://tinyurl.com/y4jr3w3cAfter you register at that link, you will receive a personalized link to join.
